VoltDelta’s Multichannel Cloud Contact Center with the Oracle Service Cloud demonstrates WebRTC supported click to video call

The VoltDelta solution incorporates a “media bar” embedded within an agent’s Oracle Service Cloud desktop presenting call and message handling. For example, the media bar can display a notification that a customer on a website is requesting a video session via a click to call button. The customer and agent can then view each other in a two-way Video Chat enabled by WebRTC supported browser to browser communications.
