Munich, Germany, April 22, 2015 ─ VoltDelta today announced OASIS on-call, an Oracle Accelerate solution for Contact Centers based on Oracle Service Cloud.  VoltDelta is an Oracle Accelerate solution provider and a Gold level member in Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).

VoltDelta has extended the powerful media distribution capabilities of its OASIS on-call contact center with the customer experience solution Oracle Service Cloud. The combined solution delivers a powerful multi-media contact center and customer experience platform, with routing, segmentation and skill set selection that can be based on customer information in Oracle Service Cloud.

The solution offers a unified multichannel customer care solution, enabled to meet customers on the communication channel they choose with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.  Customer service agents can handle e-mails, chat sessions, social media posts and phone calls with the embedded OASIS soft-phone – all from a single desktop.

OASIS is delivered from VoltDelta’s global secure hosting centers on a SaaS basis.

Extension with Oracle Service Cloud allows for rapid deployment times and fast time-to-value.
